Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to orders placed via our website and paid for using your Debit / Credit card through our Merchant payment processor Worldpay.
Website orders will be processed upon receipt of payment via our Payment Gateway. We only ship to addresses which match that of your card billing address.
Items are shipped using a domestic UK currior within 3 working days. Delivery maybe made in person whilst carrying out any cleaning services booked online.
Items purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. These items must not have been opened and be in re-sellable condition.
Due to the nature of the items we sell if the seals are broken we cannot accept a return unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment card within 7 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for your bank to process the refund and apply it to your account.
Payments made online via our website must be used by the card holder only. Payments must clear the 3D Secure verifications systems when prompted and your billing address much match the card holder address held with your bank.
If you want to cancel your booking you should do in good time to avoid our loss of time. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the work start maybe subject to a cancellation fee.
The terms and conditions shown above are subject to England and Wales laws. Where required your consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions and will always override the above terms.
